To delete your data from our platform, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account using your usual credentials.

  • Access your profile by clicking on your username at the top right of the page.

  • Select the "Settings" option from the dropdown menu.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the "Delete" button.

  • Click on this button to start the process of deleting your data.


Please note that the deleted data will include the following information:

  • Your connection address (email address, password, Google account or Facebook account).

  • Your profile picture.

  • Addresses saved on your account.


Additionally, by deleting your account, you will also be removed from our mailing list for automatic emails.

Google/Facebook collects users' first name, last name, email address, and profile picture. These data are only visible to the users themselves and the administrator. Users also have the option to delete their accounts at any time, as explained in question 11."
